Product Manager – Growth & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision and roadmap for account-switching offerings.

• Continuously enhance the products, ranging from new features to entirely new product concepts.

• Recognize opportunities for new use cases and expansion into European markets.

• Develop and execute your own product ideas.

• Clearly prioritize the backlog based on data insights.

• Ensure the team is focused on initiatives that drive high growth.

• Convert the requirements of European customers and partners into specific product needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director of Banking as a strategic partner.

• Co-develop the product direction.

• Assess success using defined KPIs and determine subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Growth Manager, Product Owner, or Product Manager (all genders), preferably in a FinTech or banking setting.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong intuition for data-driven products.

• Make decisions grounded in data and authentic user needs.

• A robust hands-on mentality.

• A proactive approach to taking ownership and independently driving initiatives to completion.

• Experience in international or European markets is advantageous.

• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team, customers, and management.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Additional language skills are a plus.
