Head of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the product across the organization, establishing a clear product vision and executing it within the first three months.

• Define a vision for ongoing hormone monitoring and create innovative consumer experiences that set the category apart.

• Maintain close connections with customers to transform their needs into engaging, repeat-use experiences.

• Enhance engagement, retention, and subscription revenue.

• Unite product, design, engineering, and scientific affairs around an ambitious strategic direction.

• Make informed product trade-offs and independently drive delivery.

• Collaborate with scientific and medical experts to ensure hormone data is both understandable and valuable.

• Implement immediate enhancements and steer the roadmap for AI capabilities, current and future hormones, and B2B growth.

• Fully own and develop the product function independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in independently leading a consumer subscription product from conception to delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to rally a multidisciplinary team and maintain daily momentum.

• A successful track record of creating and launching products that resonate with consumers.

• Experience in scaling an initial audience from thousands to a significantly larger customer base.

• Hands-on experience in a small team environment.

• Background in building ongoing value and enhancing paid retention across various cohorts.

• Preferably skilled in translating scientific or biological concepts into consumer health products.

• Ideally experienced with wearables, hardware-software technologies, or health and wellness applications that incorporate strong behavioral elements.

• Ability to work closely with scientific and medical professionals while respecting scientific principles.

• Willingness or ability to frequently visit the Montreal office.
