This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.
• Lead the customer journey from initial contact through purchase and beyond for Jerry.ai’s car insurance marketplace.
• Manage landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages.
• Streamline intricate insurance-shopping user flows and data entry processes.
• Customize experiences based on user persona and marketing channel.
• Establish trust through effective communication, copy, and user interface design.
• Oversee quote shopping and convey complex information without overwhelming users.
• Integrate insurance providers with varying risk models into straightforward user experiences.
• Balance the needs of customers and insurance carrier partners.
• Incorporate additional products such as roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, and motorcycle insurance into the car insurance funnel.
• Identify major growth opportunities and transform insights into deliverable products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Leadership, and the CEO.
• Report to the VP of Growth.
• Participate in weekly sprints and rapidly launch products.
• Occasionally coordinate with overseas engineering teams during their business hours.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Capacity to independently extract, organize, and interpret data.
• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex signals into clear recommendations.
• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with global business hours for engineering collaboration.
• Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
