📋 Description

• Take charge of the customer journey from initial impression to purchase and beyond.

• Manage landing pages, signup funnels, and app download interfaces.

• Streamline user flows that involve intricate insurance data inputs.

• Customize experiences based on user persona and marketing channels.

• Foster trust through effective communication, copy, and user interface design.

• Oversee quote shopping experiences.

• Enhance the presentation of complex information while avoiding cognitive overload.

• Integrate insurance carriers with varying risk models into straightforward user experiences.

• Balance the requirements of customers with those of insurance carrier partners.

• Incorporate products like roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, and motorcycle insurance into the car insurance shopping funnel.

• Identify significant growth opportunities and transform insights into actionable products.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Leadership, and the CEO.

• Report directly to the VP of Growth.

• Operate in weekly sprints and rapidly launch products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, particularly with consumer-facing products.

• Strong analytical capabilities; adept at independently gathering, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to distill complex signals into clear recommendations.

• Willingness to maintain consistent daily overlap with global business hours for engineering coordination.

• Capacity to work efficiently across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.

• Capability to investigate customer needs across diverse personas.

• Proficient in navigating complex backend systems and simplifying complexity into clear user experiences.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
