Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for Gift Cart and convert it into a prioritized action plan.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) while collaborating with the analytics team to analyze data.

• Create comprehensive, engineering-ready product specifications.

• Guide features from concept to launch in collaboration with design and engineering teams.

• Monitor metrics such as conversion rates, average gift sizes, error rates, and other indicators of product performance.

• Equip CSMs and Sales teams for successful launches.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and modifications to plans.

• Oversee the entire Gift Cart process including strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption, growth, payment and ledger accuracy, risk management, and operational functionality.

• Proven experience in managing a product area from start to finish with accountability for results.

• Capability to develop and articulate a 12–24-month strategy and roadmap.

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven funnel analysis and recognizing growth opportunities.

• Proficient in drafting clear engineering specifications that encompass edge cases.

• Ability to think systematically and understand product interdependencies.

• Possess a strong sensibility towards user experience (UX).

• Comfortable collaborating across design, engineering, analytics, and business sectors.

• Familiarity with meaningful applications of AI in daily tasks and an understanding of its value.

• Fluency in English at a C1 level is required.
