This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the Gift Cart strategy, overseeing its discovery and delivery from start to finish.
• Establish the Gift Cart strategy and convert it into a prioritized roadmap for implementation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Work with the analytics team to analyze data and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Draft comprehensive engineering-ready specifications that address both requirements and edge cases.
• Drive features from conceptualization to launch in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Monitor conversion rates, average gift sizes, error rates, and additional product health indicators.
• Equip CSMs and Sales teams with the necessary information for successful launches.
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed about priorities, timelines, and any changes to plans.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, CSMs, and Sales teams.
• Leverage AI to enhance analysis, specifications, and communication processes.
• Proven experience in owning a product area from inception to completion, with accountability for results.
• Capability to develop a strategic roadmap for the next 12–24 months and articulate the reasoning behind decisions.
• Proficiency in data-driven analysis of funnels and identifying growth opportunities.
• Skill in writing clear engineering specifications that cover edge cases adequately.
• Ability to think systemically, understanding dependencies and anticipating impacts.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Comfortable collaborating with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in English at a C1 level.
• Demonstrable use of AI in daily activities and an understanding of its benefits.
• Experience in e-commerce or products featuring multi-step checkout processes (preferred).
• Background in nonprofits, donor relations, or fundraising (preferred).
• Familiarity with payment processes or financial products (preferred).
