This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a detailed roadmap with well-defined priorities and justifications.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), while collaborating with the analytics team to uncover growth opportunities.

• Draft comprehensive engineering specifications that encompass requirements and edge cases.

• Guide features from conception to launch in close partnership with design and engineering teams.

• Monitor product health and growth indicators, including conversion rates, average gift sizes, and error rates.

• Prepare CSMs and Sales teams for each launch.

• Ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned on priorities, timelines, and any changes in plans.

• Oversee the Gift Cart comprehensively, including strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption, growth, payment accuracy, risk management, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, CSMs, and Sales teams.

• Proactively utilize AI in daily operations and identify opportunities where AI can enhance functional workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish — taking accountability for results rather than just tasks.

• Capability to develop a strategy and roadmap for 12 to 24 months, with clear explanations for your decision-making process.

• Data-oriented: you analyze funnels, grasp the numbers, and identify potential growth opportunities.

• You produce specifications that engineers can effectively work from — clear, thorough, and addressing edge cases without leaving any questions unresolved.

• Systems thinker: you view the product holistically, understand interdependencies, and anticipate the outcomes of your decisions.

• Strong understanding of user experience: you recognize what constitutes a positive experience and can advocate for it within your team.

• Comfortable collaborating across various functions — including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English is required (C1).

• Actively incorporating AI into your work and recognizing where it adds value.

• Experience in e-commerce or with products that feature multi-step checkout processes (preferred).

• Background in working with nonprofits, donors, or the fundraising sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with payment processes or financial products (preferred).
