Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Gift Cart process from strategy formulation to delivery.

• Establish the Gift Cart strategy and convert it into a prioritized action plan.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) while collaborating with the analytics team to analyze data.

• Draft comprehensive, engineering-ready specifications that include requirements and edge cases.

• Guide features from conception to launch in partnership with design and engineering teams.

• Monitor metrics such as conversion rates, average gift size, error rates, product health, and growth trajectories.

• Equip CSMs and the Sales team for product launches.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any necessary adjustments to plans.

• Work directly with Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, CSMs, and Sales teams.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, specification writing, and communication processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish with accountability for results.

• Capability to create and articulate a 12 to 24-month strategy and roadmap.

• Proficient in data-driven funnel analysis and recognizing opportunities for growth.

• Competence in drafting clear engineering specifications that address edge cases.

• Strong systems thinking skills, including an understanding of dependencies and the ability to foresee impacts.

• Strong sensibility towards user experience (UX).

• Comfortable collaborating across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

• Fluency in English (C1 level).

• Substantial existing use of AI in daily tasks and an understanding of its benefits.

• Nice to have: experience in e-commerce or multi-step checkout processes.

• Nice to have: familiarity with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising initiatives.

• Nice to have: experience related to payment processes or financial products.
