This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Take full ownership of the Gift Cart initiative, encompassing strategy, discovery, and execution.
• Establish the Gift Cart strategy and convert it into a prioritized development roadmap.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Collaborate with the analytics team to evaluate data and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Create comprehensive product specifications for the engineering team.
• Manage features from conception to launch in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Monitor conversion rates, average gift size, error rates, and overall product performance.
• Prepare CSMs and Sales teams for product launches.
• Align stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any changes to plans.
• Work directly with Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, CSMs, and Sales teams.
• Leverage AI to enhance analysis, specifications, and communication processes.
• Proven experience in owning a product area from start to finish, with accountability for results rather than just tasks.
• Capability to develop a strategy and roadmap for the next 12-24 months, articulating the rationale behind decisions.
• Proficiency in data-driven analysis of funnels, metrics, and growth potential.
• Ability to draft clear engineering-ready specifications that address edge cases.
• Strong systems thinking skills, understanding dependencies, and anticipating the impacts of decisions.
• Excellent UX sensibility.
• Comfort in collaborating across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English at a C1 level is required.
• Practical experience with AI tools and a clear understanding of where AI can add value.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or products featuring multi-step checkout processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising initiatives (preferred).
• Background in payment processes or financial products (preferred).
