Product Manager – Fluid System Analysis Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the product strategy and roadmap for Pipe-Flo’s legacy solutions as well as the next-generation cloud platform.

• Propel product transition initiatives and enhance customer adoption of the new cloud platform.

• Perform customer discovery and engage with the market to pinpoint needs, validate opportunities, and guide product decisions.

• Supervise product delivery and implementation across engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to guarantee timely, high-quality releases.

• Assist in commercialization strategies, pricing, packaging, and initiatives focused on revenue growth and customer retention.

• Advocate for AI-driven capabilities and emerging technologies to foster product innovation and enhance customer outcomes.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Execute key roadmap initiatives that generate measurable business and customer value.

• Boost customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

• Play a vital role in the launch and expansion of the next-generation Pipe-Flo platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within software, SaaS, or technology-driven sectors.

• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and launch.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate product roadmaps utilizing customer and market insights.

• Practical experience collaborating with Agile development teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence.

• Knowledge of AI tools, workflows, and strategies to enhance product outcomes.

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and prioritization capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.

• Proficient analytical problem-solving skills.
