This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Lead the growth, profitability, and vision of products throughout their lifecycle.
• Analyze market landscapes, industry trends, client needs, consultant requirements, competitor offerings, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Manage the development of products, including capabilities, features, and enhancements from ideation to timely release.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies, encompassing pricing, packaging, branding, and collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Direct product launches by coordinating product messaging, sales training, and the creation of marketing materials.
• Own and communicate both short- and midterm product roadmaps and positioning strategies.
• Conduct market research and consolidate user feedback to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Build partnerships across Product Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, and Business Development teams.
• Organize voice-of-customer sessions to generate product ideas and detailed requirements in collaboration with UX when applicable.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the product launch process.
• Drive continuous improvement as measured by new product development KPIs, revenue, market adoption, and total cost of ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business analysis, including at least 3 years as a product manager.
• Proven experience in creating and presenting product roadmaps.
• At least 3 years of experience working in agile product development methodologies, including user stories, scrum teams, and sprints.
• Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in project management, including developing project plans and resource estimates, identifying dependencies, and documenting and communicating decisions and risks.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
• Capability to assist with project deliverables and achieve objectives in a dynamic and driven organization.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines or shifting requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
• Strong inclination towards collaboration.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to comprehend business operations.
• Proven ability to influence others within a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Comfortable utilizing video conferencing tools.
