This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
• Assist in defining and advancing the vision for NinjaOne’s primary endpoint management features.
• Take ownership of and contribute to significant aspects of the core platform roadmap.
• Assess opportunities, establish priorities, and make trade-offs to enhance customer satisfaction and business value.
• Lead the product strategy for automations, policies, agent behavior, configuration models, and essential platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Interact with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to grasp endpoint management use cases.
• Convert customer and market insights into product enhancements and new functionalities.
• Draft product requirements and outline workflows and edge scenarios.
• Ensure features are delivered to high standards and refine them based on feedback and usage analytics.
• Guarantee that platform capabilities function cohesively across NinjaOne and support other product domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT or technical positions, such as IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT.
• A minimum of 2 years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management capacity.
• Experience in system administration, including managing Windows, macOS, or Linux systems.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Background in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-centric roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of real-world endpoint management as practiced by IT teams.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and comprehending technical concepts without engaging in production code writing.
• Proven track record of guiding product features from conception to delivery and refining them based on customer input.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skillful in data-informed decision-making, balancing customer requirements, product quality, and business objectives.
• Capacity to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Must be available to work Eastern Time zone hours with a mandatory start time of 8:00 AM ET.
• Must reside in the USA and be located in an eligible state.
