Product Manager, CTRM System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the workflow from role workbenches to screens and widgets, leveraging AI for drafting purposes.

• Create comprehensive wireframe prototypes for the entire system simultaneously.

• Confirm descriptions and prototypes with client representatives and guide them through the approval process.

• Detect absent services and data required for widgets.

• Relay missing requirements to the business layer and facilitate their progression toward resolution.

• Organize tasks in Plane according to sprints.

• Ensure work passes through readiness checkpoints.

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from gathering information and making decisions to delivery and practical application.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager for intricate B2B systems, including fintech, logistics, trading, or ERP.

• Proven experience with large systems or substantial components of extensive systems.

• Background in developing products that are utilized by real users, rather than solely in testing environments.

• Regular hands-on experience with AI tools on a daily basis.

• Demonstrated full-cycle ownership: independently sourcing information, making swift decisions, and being accountable for outcomes.

• Capability to quickly grasp unfamiliar domains through interviews and documentation while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Russian.

• Working proficiency in English.
