Product Manager, Corporate Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the roadmap for FP&A and Controlling solutions, ensuring alignment of squad priorities with the strategic goals of the Finance Directorate and the VP of Finance.

• Manage the backlog with an emphasis on return on investment, operational efficiency, and scalability in financial closing and planning processes.

• Create and track KPIs for performance, data accuracy, solution adoption, and user satisfaction.

• Serve as an expert in consolidation processes, budgeting, and statutory reconciliations.

• Promote the adoption of standard procedures in SAP FI, CO, CO-PA, and S/4HANA modules, minimizing unnecessary custom modifications.

• Analyze systemic and operational issues from end to end, addressing underlying structural problems.

• Facilitate discovery, ideation, and journey-mapping workshops with key users, finance experts, and engineering teams.

• Convert complex business requirements into clear epics and user stories, acting as a liaison between the VP of Finance, engineering, and partner consultancies.

• Co-manage the support and maintenance of controlling ecosystem products, ensuring stability during crucial accounting and managerial closing phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), including discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development processes.

• In-depth knowledge of statutory closing, management closing, accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, and planning.

• Practical and technical experience within the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, ECC, or Retail), with significant expertise in FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling / CO-PA) modules.

• Strong capability to lead challenging discussions, negotiate scope with senior stakeholders, and assert technical expertise.

• Experience in mapping and integrating financial processes in environments with high operational complexity.

• Familiarity with financial and operational flows in at least one of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail.

• Practical knowledge of FI/CO integration with operational modules (MM, SD, PP) — a plus.

• Background in transition/migration projects to SAP S/4HANA or implementing cloud financial solutions — a plus.

• Experience with Corporate Performance Management solutions such as OneStream, Planning Analytics, or Oracle EPM — a plus.

• Understanding of financial data tools or architectures for generating management reports — a plus.

• Product management or agile methodology certifications (CSPO, PSPO) — a plus.
