This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the content tooling and communication execution layer for TrueML’s SaaS B2B2C platform.
• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for content creation and multi-channel distribution.
• Manage the content stack, which includes content models, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Provide client self-service tools for templates, dynamic variables, brand voice, and compliance language.
• Incorporate AI into the authoring process for drafting, rewriting, variant suggestions, tone and reading-level assessments, and compliance-risk identification.
• Develop review, approval, and auditing workflows.
• Promote reusable templates and personalization across various clients, channels, and debt types.
• Oversee integrations and performance with email, texting, letter, and voice delivery vendors.
• Assess and onboard vendors while ensuring backups and failover solutions are in place.
• Manage sender reputation, domain and IP management, 10DLC and short-code registration, as well as carrier analysis.
• Define the capabilities of channels including email, SMS/MMS, letters, and phone-like channels.
• Implement monitoring for sending health, bounce and complaint rates, delays, and vendor costs.
• Collaborate with data science teams on consumer personalization initiatives.
• Evaluate financial-resolution outcomes based on content and channel selections.
• Conduct A/B testing on content and channels, applying insights to templates and models.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams and B2B clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Familiarity with content platforms, CMS or marketing tools, or communication infrastructure.
• Experience in fintech, debt collection, or other regulated financial services is highly advantageous.
• Practical experience with a headless CMS or content platform such as Contentful or Contentstack, including content modeling, templating, and publishing workflows.
• Background in collaborating with contractors or agencies.
• Understanding of email/SMS/voice delivery vendors, deliverability mechanics, carrier and ISP filtering, and messaging regulations.
• Experience with B2B2C products.
• Comfortable analyzing engagement, deliverability, and segmentation data.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to be flexible outside of standard business hours as needed.
• Occasional local or international travel may be required.
