Product Manager – Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular client discovery sessions with both existing and potential clients, perform assessments of opportunities, and establish product strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams within an empowered environment to deliver solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and user-friendly.

• Assess and prioritize issues and solution alternatives using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF, along with data-driven insights.

• Advocate for Agile best practices across cross-functional teams and leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams for internal training and enablement initiatives.

• Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars.

• Partner with Product Operations on documentation, product demonstration paths, and usage metrics.

• Ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a product management position focusing on B2B SaaS products.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing Agile best practices and methodologies within cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in using AI tools to quickly create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Proficient in product management and software delivery platforms, including Aha! and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.

• Proven track record in coordinating go-to-market strategies, internal training, and sales enablement efforts.

• Experience in leading client discovery sessions, conducting product demos, and hosting webinars.

• Comfortable working within global virtual teams.
