This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of the long-term product roadmap as part of an overarching business strategy.
• Formulate product strategy by analyzing personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions.
• Ensure that business strategies are implemented through product roadmaps.
• Lead collaborative efforts to manage and prioritize product roadmaps and releases across various products.
• Constructively resolve conflicts.
• Ensure that product teams comprehend required business outcomes and connect them to broader organizational goals.
• Identify and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring KPIs deliver tangible business value.
• Ensure that roadmap outcomes align with capacity constraints and are prioritized to enhance customer value.
• Engage consistently with customers and users to uncover needs and translate them into validated and refined product hypotheses.
• Collaborate across product teams to create and implement operational plans.
• Research industry best practices and trends.
• Apply advanced knowledge of the business, products, processes, and Product Management.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners.

• Supervise large, complex cross-functional product teams without direct personnel supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-9 years of relevant business experience, including in a product owner role or a similar position.
• Understanding of iterative development principles and software development processes and procedures.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Passionate about and knowledgeable in new technology and trends.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Preferred: Certified Product Manager or a similar certification.
• Preferred: Previous experience leading projects.
• Preferred: Experience in developing business cases, roadmaps, and business unit strategies.
• Preferred: Ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in formulating and delivering product strategy using value, outcomes, metrics, and measurements.
• Preferred: Familiarity with product management tools, techniques, and principles across discovery, design, build, release, and measure cycles.
• Preferred: Experience in leading projects or initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience with user interface design and usability best practices.
• Preferred: Experience working within large, complex organizational initiatives.
• Preferred: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Experience with product management tools for roadmaps, backlogs, and customer feedback.
