β€’ Define the strategy and roadmap for a core platform that supports various products and international markets.

β€’ Identify product opportunities proactively, transforming insights into impactful initiatives before business demands arise.

β€’ Lead product discovery efforts through customer research, behavioral analysis, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

β€’ Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement definition to successful launch and ongoing optimization.

β€’ Guide product direction by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

β€’ Collaborate with headquarters leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide scalable platform capabilities.

β€’ Develop solutions that drive measurable enhancements in engagement, operational efficiency, and overall product performance.

β€’ Promote a product-led culture by advocating for experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role, ideally within the iGaming sector.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in developing digital products across the complete product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.

β€’ Strong knowledge in product discovery, strategy, and recognizing opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative research.

β€’ Practical experience working closely with engineering teams in software product development environments.

β€’ A data-driven mindset for product decision-making, with the ability to interpret metrics and validate hypotheses effectively.

β€’ Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders while balancing various business and technical priorities.

β€’ Familiarity with iGaming, platform products, multi-market solutions, or contemporary AI-driven product methodologies.
