Product Manager, Cash Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and management of the Cash Management product suite (Boleto, Pix, Bill Payments).

• Establish the product vision and roadmap.

• Formulate and implement the product strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.

• Work in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to create and launch products.

• Perform market research and competitive assessments.

• Prioritize and manage the backlog while defining and refining requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Create and track KPIs to assess product performance.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.

• Offer leadership and direction to project teams, promoting innovation and excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, ideally with digital financial products.

• Strong grasp of product management principles, agile development, and Lean methodologies.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to launch products successfully.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in analyzing complex data, extracting valuable insights, and making data-driven decisions.

• Understanding of financial regulations and familiarity with the regulatory challenges associated with cash management products is highly preferable.
