This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Take charge of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6β12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities, while articulating the rationale behind decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Conduct ongoing discovery utilizing insights from customers, GTM, Support, funnel metrics, and competitive analysis.
β’ Differentiate between one-off requests and systemic opportunities, ensuring that problems are validated before any development begins.
β’ Lead the delivery process from start to finish, collaborating with a dedicated Engineering Team Lead, Product Designer, and Product Analyst.
β’ Develop comprehensive PRDs and outline edge cases, manage a backlog that is ready 2β3 sprints in advance, and ensure launches are equipped with appropriate instrumentation.
β’ Oversee product health and enterprise readiness, which includes monitoring conversion rates, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume.
β’ Address deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within established SLAs.
β’ Collaborate with the PM Growth team on experiments, personalization, and ARPV initiatives.
β’ Prioritize hypotheses based on product data and leverage successful learnings across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
β’ Ensure alignment among Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and adjacent PMs.
β’ Manage dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations teams.
β’ Make sure GTM, Support, and CSMs are informed about what is being shipped, its significance, and how to communicate it to customers.
β’ Utilize AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication, making assumptions and sources clear.
β’ 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
β’ Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap development, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
β’ Strong delivery discipline, with the ability to write clear specifications, address edge cases, and keep Engineering processes unblocked.
β’ Analytical rigor, utilizing funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback to prioritize effectively.
β’ Systems thinking capability, understanding how various components interact with checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
β’ Familiarity with growth and experimentation principles, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, and measurement.
β’ A solid UX sensibility and an effective working relationship with Design teams.
β’ Practical experience using AI tools in product development.
β’ Excellent written and professional spoken English skills.
