This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take charge of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6–12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities.
• Articulate product decisions to leadership and stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct ongoing discovery utilizing customer insights, go-to-market strategies, support feedback, funnel analysis, and competitive signals.
• Validate systemic opportunities prior to development and differentiate them from isolated requests.
• Oversee the complete delivery process in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Product Analytics.
• Generate detailed PRDs, address edge cases, maintain a backlog that is 2–3 sprints ahead, and launch with appropriate instrumentation.
• Manage product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume.
• Address critical deal-breaker and churn-risk requests within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with PM Growth on experiments, personalization efforts, and ARPV initiatives.
• Coordinate dependencies across Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations.
• Ensure alignment among Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and adjacent PMs.
• Make certain that GTM, Support, and CSM teams are informed about releases and their impact on customers.
• Leverage AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, encompassing roadmap development, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
• Strong delivery discipline, which includes precise specifications, edge-case coverage, and ensuring Engineering remains unblocked.
• Analytical rigor in prioritizing using funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback.
• Systems thinking applied across checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
• Practical knowledge of growth and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong UX sensibility and effective partnership with Design teams.
• Frequent hands-on use of AI in product-related tasks.
• Excellent written English and professional spoken English skills.
• C1 level English fluency is required.
• Nice to have: experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation or checkout processes, experimentation, personalization, conversion optimization, nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, marketing operations, enterprise customer requests, and GTM escalations.
