This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Take ownership of the strategy for Campaign Pages and develop a 6β12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities.
β’ Articulate product decisions to leadership and stakeholders effectively.
β’ Conduct continuous discovery utilizing insights from customers, GTM, Support, funnel metrics, and competitive analysis.
β’ Differentiate between one-time requests and systemic opportunities, ensuring to validate issues prior to development.
β’ Lead the end-to-end delivery process in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, and Product Analytics.
β’ Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), address edge cases, maintain a backlog prepared for 2β3 sprints ahead, and launch with appropriate tracking.
β’ Manage product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion rates, page performance, reliability, publishing challenges, and support volume.
β’ Address critical issues and churn-risk requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Collaborate with PM Growth on experiments, personalization initiatives, and Average Revenue Per Visitor (ARPV) projects.
β’ Prioritize hypotheses utilizing product data and apply insights across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
β’ Coordinate alignment among Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and other associated PMs.
β’ Manage dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations.
β’ Keep GTM, Support, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) updated on releases and their impact on customers.
β’ Utilize AI for synthesizing research, drafting specifications, conducting analysis, and communication, making assumptions and sources clear.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably within B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
β’ Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap development, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
β’ Strong delivery discipline: you produce clear specifications, address edge cases, and ensure Engineering remains unblocked.
β’ Analytical rigor: you rely on funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback to establish priorities.
β’ Systems thinking: you understand how components connect to checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
β’ A foundational understanding of growth and experimentation principles: how hypotheses are formulated, prioritized, and evaluated.
β’ Strong UX sensibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with Design.
β’ Practical, daily use of AI in product work.
β’ Excellent written and spoken English skills.
β’ Fluency in English required (C1 level).
β’ Preferred: Experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation or checkout processes.
β’ Preferred: Hands-on experience with experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization, including converting paid traffic after it reaches the landing page.
β’ Preferred: Experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations.
β’ Preferred: Experience managing enterprise customer requests and handling GTM escalations.
