This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.
β’ Take ownership of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6β12 month roadmap that aligns with the priorities of Product and Pre-Donation Experience.
β’ Communicate product decisions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Conduct ongoing discovery utilizing insights from customers, GTM, Support, funnel metrics, and competitive analysis.
β’ Distinguish between one-time requests and systemic opportunities, validating problems before commencing development.
β’ Oversee the complete delivery process in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, and Product Analytics.
β’ Produce clear PRDs, address edge cases, maintain a backlog that is 2β3 sprints ahead, and launch initiatives with appropriate instrumentation.
β’ Manage product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion rates, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume.
β’ Address deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within the established SLAs.
β’ Collaborate with PM Growth on experiments, personalization, and ARPV initiatives.
β’ Prioritize hypotheses based on product data and disseminate insights across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
β’ Align efforts among Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and other adjacent PMs.
β’ Coordinate dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations teams.
β’ Ensure that GTM, Support, and CSMs are well-informed about launches, their significance, and customer messaging.
β’ Leverage AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication, making assumptions and sources explicit.
β’ A minimum of 5 years in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably within B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
β’ Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, encompassing roadmap creation, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
β’ Strong discipline in delivery: you produce clear specifications, consider edge cases, and ensure Engineering remains unblocked.
β’ Analytical rigor: you utilize funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback to establish priorities.
β’ Systems thinking: you understand how individual components connect to checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
β’ A practical understanding of growth and experimentation, including how hypotheses are generated, prioritized, and measured.
β’ Strong UX sensibility coupled with a productive partnership with Design.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI in product-related tasks.
β’ Proficient written English and professional spoken English skills are essential.
β’ English fluency required (C1 level).
β’ Nice to have: Experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation, or checkout flows.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in hands-on experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization, particularly in converting paid traffic after it reaches the landing page.
β’ Nice to have: Background in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations.
β’ Nice to have: Experience managing enterprise customer requests and GTM escalations.
