This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6–12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities.
• Communicate product decisions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing discovery leveraging customer insights, go-to-market strategies, support feedback, funnel analysis, and competitive signals.
• Validate issues and differentiate between systemic opportunities and one-off requests.
• Lead end-to-end delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Product Analytics teams.
• Draft PRDs, address edge cases, manage a backlog 2–3 sprints in advance, and launch with appropriate instrumentation.
• Oversee product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion rates, page performance, reliability, publishing concerns, and support volume.
• Address critical deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with the PM Growth team on experiments, personalization, and Average Revenue Per Visitor (ARPV) initiatives.
• Prioritize hypotheses based on product data and apply insights across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
• Ensure alignment among Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and other Product Managers.
• Manage dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations teams.
• Keep GTM, Support, and Customer Success Managers informed about launches and their impact on customers.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication.
• Location: Cyprus, Remote (CET).
• Fluency in English is required (C1 level).
• A minimum of 5 years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Preferably experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, encompassing roadmap development, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
• Strong delivery discipline, including the ability to write clear specifications, cover edge cases, and keep Engineering teams unblocked.
• Analytical rigor in utilizing funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback for prioritization.
• Systems thinking applicable across checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and go-to-market workflows.
• Familiarity with growth and experimentation concepts.
• Strong UX sensibility and effective collaboration with Design teams.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI in product work on a daily basis.
• Excellent written and professional spoken English skills.
• Nice to have: experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation, or checkout processes.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization efforts.
• Nice to have: experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations.
