This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Take ownership of the Campaign Pages strategy and develop a 6–12 month roadmap that aligns with Product and Pre-Donation Experience objectives.
• Articulate product decisions and rationale to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing discovery utilizing customer insights, GTM, Support, funnel, and competitive signals.
• Differentiate between one-time requests and systemic opportunities, validating issues before development.
• Lead end-to-end delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, and Product Analytics.
• Create precise PRDs, account for edge cases, maintain a backlog 2–3 sprints in advance, and launch with appropriate instrumentation.
• Manage product health and enterprise readiness, focusing on conversion, page performance, reliability, publishing challenges, and support volume.
• Address deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with the PM Growth team on experiments, personalization, and ARPV initiatives.
• Prioritize hypotheses using product data and apply successful insights across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and other Product Managers.
• Ensure that GTM, Support, and CSM teams are informed about upcoming releases, their significance, and how to communicate these to customers.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication, making assumptions and sources transparent.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-driven products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap development, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
• Strong delivery discipline: capable of writing clear specifications, covering edge cases, and keeping Engineering unblocked.
• Analytical rigor: adept at utilizing funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback for prioritization.
• Systems thinking: able to understand how a surface integrates with checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows.
• Familiarity with growth and experimentation processes, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, and measurement.
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to collaborate effectively with Design teams.
• Experience with daily AI applications in product work.
• Excellent written and professional spoken English skills.
• Nice to have: experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS, donation, or checkout processes.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization, including converting paid traffic after landing pages.
• Nice to have: experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations.
• Nice to have: experience managing enterprise customer requests and GTM escalations.
