Product Manager – Bill Payments, Cashout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Cashout, DDA, Collections, and Settlement offerings.

• Direct the A/B testing framework throughout the conversion funnel, which encompasses onboarding and activation, while enhancing the customer experience.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance/Risk, and Business teams, managing expectations and navigating change in intricate environments.

• Employ thorough data analysis to prioritize the product backlog and establish, monitor, and assess key success indicators.

• Work alongside Compliance to ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, the Brazilian Payments System (SPB/Bacen), and relevant regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, ideally within fintech or banking sectors.

• Strong understanding of payments and core banking products, including boletos, TED, SLC, and DDA.

• Knowledge of integrations with SPB or SPI.

• Familiarity with product metrics, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making; proficiency in SQL is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

• Understanding of CNAB files (remittance/return).

• Advanced proficiency in APIs.

• A degree in Product Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline is beneficial.

• Experience with DDA, bank reconciliation automation, and the complete settlement process is advantageous.

• Background in environments governed by the Central Bank, including boleto and SPB compliance, is a plus.

• Experience with integrations involving JD Consultores, Nuclea, and/or Celcoin is a plus.

• Certifications or courses in Product Management, Fintech, or financial regulations, such as PM3 and BCB courses, are advantageous.
