This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete B2C product experience, encompassing onboarding, assessment, learning, practice, AI coaching, subscription, and long-term user engagement.

• Create product experiences that transform new users into engaged learners, helping them swiftly grasp the value of ELSA.

• Design and enhance engagement loops and learning habits that encourage consistent user return.

• Manage consumer product metrics, including activation, daily active users (DAU), weekly active users (WAU), engagement, retention, conversion, subscription revenue, churn, and lifetime value (LTV).

• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to refine acquisition-to-conversion funnels, improving trial conversions and driving paid subscription growth.

• Work alongside the AI/ML team to create personalized learning paths, AI coaching experiences, tailored recommendations, and adaptive learning features.

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative insights to pinpoint user pain points, identify drop-off areas, and prioritize significant opportunities.

• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives across onboarding, learning flows, engagement mechanics, paywalls, subscription journeys, and other product interfaces.

• Establish and uphold a prioritized product roadmap that is focused on user needs, behavioral data, experimentation outcomes, and commercial impact.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, and Growth teams to navigate products from discovery through to launch, measurement, and iteration.

• Create and track metrics to measure product success.

• Serve as the consumer's advocate within the Product organization.

• Present product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2C digital products, consumer applications, SaaS, EdTech, subscription products, or other extensive consumer experiences.

• Proven experience in managing products that have a measurable impact on user growth, engagement, retention, conversion, or monetization.

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, or similar platforms.

• In-depth understanding of consumer product funnels, particularly in terms of acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, churn, and LTV.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing A/B tests and product experiments, utilizing data to inform product decisions.

• Familiarity with developing products that incorporate personalization, recommendations, behavioral data, or adaptive user experiences.

• Strong customer empathy and the ability to convert user challenges into clear product opportunities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capacity to articulate product strategy and trade-offs effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• A strong sense of ownership — accountable for product outcomes, not just the delivery of the product.

• Experience with consumer subscription products, freemium models, or mobile applications.

• Background in EdTech, language learning, AI-driven consumer products, or productivity applications.

• Experience in growth product management, focusing on onboarding, paywalls, pricing, conversion optimization, retention, and lifecycle engagement.

• Knowledge of mobile product development for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Familiarity with analytics and experimentation platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or comparable tools.

• Solid understanding of subscription economics, including conversion rates, churn, retention cohorts, average revenue per user (ARPU), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and LTV.

• Experience with AI/ML-powered consumer experiences, including large language models (LLMs), personalization, recommendation systems, or conversational AI.

• Proficiency in Python for writing custom scripts for data analysis, transformations, or API interactions.

• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies such as LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
