This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the RateHawk.com Selections product strategy, vision, and roadmap, transforming it from an emerging stream into a fully developed, measurable business unit.
• Manage the stream as a rapid test-and-learn engine by implementing experiments, iterating swiftly, and converting results into future initiatives.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of product opportunities that foster measurable revenue growth, informed by funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
• Conduct strategic analyses of market and competitor dynamics, agent and traveler behaviors, along with quantitative and qualitative research to uncover root causes and key leverage points.
• Foster alignment among Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, refine priorities, support decisions with data, and pursue shared objectives.
• Share responsibility for delivery by defining clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics through tangible outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years in Product Management, preferably in travel, marketplace, or content-driven products.
• Proven experience in scaling a product or stream through experimentation, including formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, executing rapid iterations, and achieving measurable results.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, encompassing metric design, SQL proficiency, funnel and cohort analysis, and the ability to translate data into prioritized initiatives.
• Action-oriented mindset: delivers small projects, learns quickly, and makes improvements instead of waiting for perfection.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products, identify quick wins, and partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional influence; cultivates trust with engineering, commercial, and operations partners.
