Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a product area dedicated to backoffice cloud data processing solutions.

• Lead the product strategy and execution, including the development of the roadmap and management of the product lifecycle.

• Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews, ride-alongs, and analysis of data.

• Clearly frame customer and business challenges using evidence and clarity.

• Define and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap.

• Balance the needs of users, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, engineering, design, IT, sales, and commercial teams.

• Manage problems comprehensively and make decisions regarding prioritization.

• Develop outcome-focused briefs and acceptance criteria.

• Utilize AI tools for synthesizing discoveries, creating documentation, and streamlining delivery workflows.

• Establish and monitor success metrics that connect customer outcomes to business performance.

• Contribute to pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and readiness for launch.

• Act as the internal product authority for sales, operations, and leadership teams.

• Report directly to the Director of Product.

• Deliver validated roadmaps, product velocity, alignment among stakeholders, and measurable impacts on customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in product management, with a proven history of owning outcomes.

• Experience in leading customer discovery and converting qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.

• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional squad environment alongside engineering and design colleagues.

• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries, such as automotive, fleet, payments, fintech, or similar, with a proven ability to learn new domains.

• Comfort in working within and contributing to organizations that are evolving their product operating model.

• Active utilization of AI tools to boost productivity in daily product tasks, including discovery workflows, documentation streamlining, research automation, prototype creation, and expedited delivery.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and a preference for evidence-based reasoning over opinion.

• Knowledge of the transportation/smart mobility field and road safety is advantageous.

• Familiarity with product tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.

• Experience collaborating with compliance, legal, or regulatory stakeholders in a multi-jurisdictional context.
