Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete buyer experience for a digital automotive marketplace.

• Empower customers to search for, evaluate, and purchase vehicles online.

• Utilize insights from customers and business perspectives to drive data-informed product decisions.

• Balance the goals of both product and enterprise across evolving platforms and products.

• Navigate trade-offs involving scope, priority, business and technical risks, and dependencies.

• Keep stakeholders informed regarding delivery status, product risks, and changes in scope.

• Leverage AI/ML technologies for search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising.

• Monitor product performance utilizing Google Analytics, experimentation tools, and analytics platforms.

• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Guide enhancements to products and identify opportunities that impact buyer-facing applications.

• Create and maintain documentation for feature planning, product backlogs, and user stories.

• Prioritize the activities of the development team.

• Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap aligned with RB Global's growth objectives.

• Address customer requests and inquiries effectively.

• Investigate competitive marketplace features and propose strategies to address threats and opportunities.

• Build relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively across functions to implement features and enhancements.

• Develop the product vision and roadmap.

• Direct and oversee activities and projects, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent secondary education.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development roles.

• Proven track record of driving results.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Capability to clearly communicate business requirements and value to both internal and external stakeholders.
