Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Property Manager Accounting Domain, which includes trust accounting, ledger management, rent posting, processing high-volume transactional payments, reconciliations, closing workflows, and financial reporting.

• Make product decisions that balance user requirements, compliance obligations, operational workflows, and financial integrity.

• Collaborate closely with internal accounting specialists to ensure adherence to trust accounting regulations.

• Develop workflows that promote clean, auditable financial records.

• Implement the platform internally and enhance efficiency for property managers.

• Perform research and conduct user interviews.

• Create product narratives.

• Establish product strategy and roadmap as the platform evolves.

• Work in partnership with users, engineering teams, and both distributed and outsourced teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager for B2B2C or enterprise-level products.

• Proven experience with intricate user workflows that involve extensive third-party integrations and vendor collaboration.

• Proficient in developing AI-enabled products.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in accessible terms for customers.

• In-depth knowledge of double-entry accounting, bank reconciliations, payment integrations, money movements, or financial reporting.

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.

• Proven ability to work with non-technical users and comprehend their challenges.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical products.

• Comfortable working with distributed and outsourced teams.

• Capability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty.

• Possess user empathy, meticulous attention to detail, an analytical mindset, curiosity, and initiative.
