This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a specialist in the PrizePicks product while gaining a thorough understanding of its users.
• Discover opportunities to innovate new fan experiences by analyzing customer pain points, conducting user research, and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Assist in managing the complete product lifecycle from the initial idea to launch and continuous optimization.
• Develop a member-focused, data-driven roadmap for the designated product area.
• Ensure that experiences are adaptable, scalable, and user-friendly across both web and app platforms.
• Work closely with senior product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, UX specialists, Creative, and Marketing teams.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the DFS and Prediction market landscape along with competitor engagement in free-to-play gaming.
• Advocate for data-informed product decision-making.
• Grow alongside the rapidly expanding product team.
• Over 3 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in creating products that resonate with customers.
• Proven ability to think from MVP to future iterations.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, effectively defining use cases.
• Strong capability to integrate cross-functional input from legal, customer experience, engineering, and design teams.
• Experience in developing mobile applications for both Apple and Android app stores.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to address unforeseen challenges.
• A constant desire for learning and growth.
• Previous experience in the sports or gaming industry or as a power user is a significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for next-generation fan sports experiences, including the intersection of sports, content, and social media.
• Ability to thrive in and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Experience in taking products from 0 → 1 and scaling them to 100+.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
