This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to steer strategy and execution for core products, from customer discovery and roadmap creation through to launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer workflows spanning autonomy, robotics, computer vision, and simulation teams.
• Assist in the development of roadmaps and quarterly planning across Product and Engineering divisions.
• Establish and monitor product success metrics, including customer adoption, workflow efficiency, data generation throughput, scenario coverage, model performance enhancement, platform reliability, and revenue impact.
• Convert complex technical and customer requirements into clear product directives and pinpoint sustainable platform opportunities.
• Relay roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Deconstruct ambiguous technical challenges into actionable plans, priorities, and decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing evidence-based product insights.
• Work collaboratively on launch planning and enablement, including documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes, and internal training.
• Keep abreast of autonomy, robotics, synthetic data, and AI infrastructure markets and competitive insights.
• Travel to customer locations to understand workflows, challenges, and product requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience delivering impactful platform or infrastructure products at scale, preferably with API offerings.
• Experience in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks, embodied AI development, and simulation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across functions and align decisions, resources, and priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to excel in open-ended, ambiguous situations and translate complex challenges into clear action plans.
• Willingness to travel to engage with customers.
• 2+ years of experience as a software developer, engineer, or in a related technical capacity.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is considered a strong asset, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing, or sensor-in-the-loop workflows is regarded as a strong asset.
