This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Comprehend customer requirements, competitive environments, and market trends.
• Establish product roadmaps that utilize technology and analytical data.
• Take ownership of strategically significant product areas essential for business expansion.
• Guarantee a compelling, coherent, and consistent end-to-end customer experience across products and business units.

• Cultivate deep empathy with both internal and external customers.
• Define and oversee product roadmaps driven by customer needs, data insights, and strategic goals.
• Lead exploratory research and competitive analysis to guide feature development.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams.
• Develop and prioritize initiatives that deliver value, supported by clear business and customer success metrics.
• Specify and monitor KPIs and success metrics to assess product performance.
• Communicate product strategies and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert on competitive offerings.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching impactful products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively document and present customer requirements.
• Capability to conduct customer interviews and develop market empathy.
• Experience in performing competitive analysis, market research, and evaluating industry trends.
• Solid grasp of agile product development methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to influence teams without formal authority.
• Outstanding teamwork and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Highly analytical and innovative problem solver with a business-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with wholesale auction inventory and sales management systems.
• Strong background in system design and technical proficiency.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
