This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead customer exploration through interviews and data analysis to identify compliance workflows, challenges, and unmet needs.
• Manage product deliverables and backlog, focusing on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Draft scoping and positioning documents, PRDs, and product specifications.
• Develop acceptance criteria and mockups/wireframes utilizing AI prototyping tools like Replit.
• Collaborate with Engineering to clarify requirements, make trade-off decisions, review implementations, and ensure quality.
• Guide product decisions for AI-driven functionalities.
• Establish feature success metrics and monitor adoption, usage, and customer outcomes following the launch.
• Participate in launch planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop product positioning and messaging, sales enablement materials, and customer communications.
• Assist with enterprise deals, collect competitive intelligence, and comprehend customer objections.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to promote feature adoption, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Create customer-facing documentation, including release notes.
• Present product updates and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Act as the internal advocate for the customer.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in delivering software products.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience working in agile development environments alongside engineering teams.
• Proven track record in leading go-to-market initiatives, including positioning, enablement, and launch execution.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex problems and solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate compromises across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in financial services technology or regulatory technology is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
