This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Take ownership of the positioning and market success of assigned products within the EMG diagnostics portfolio.
• Formulate and implement product strategies across existing market segments and explore new opportunities.
• Manage products from their inception to end-of-life phases.
• Oversee marketing design contributions for incremental modifications, sustaining efforts, and new product launches.
• Spearhead portfolio planning, rationalization, and conduct Gate 7–10 reviews.
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from Gate 1 to Gate 6.
• Develop business cases that align with strategic goals and cater to global markets.
• Create and uphold the User Requirements Document.
• Collect global Voice of Customer feedback through customer visits, communications, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Formulate comprehensive market plans for product launches on a global scale.
• Collaborate with teams in North America, Europe, and APAC regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with Engineering, Operations, QA/RA, Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership.
• Evaluate the necessity for additional clinical claims, commercial support, and technical expertise.
• Travel both domestically and internationally 20–30% of the time.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
• Certification as a Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT) or Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T).
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or marketing within the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and commercialization efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in product management in the medical device field.
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional and diverse teams within a multinational and dynamic organization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in gathering and interpreting Voice of Customer insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey product value to various stakeholders.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on market demands and technical limitations.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the healthcare and medical device industries.
• Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 20–30% of the time.
