This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the positioning and success of designated products within the Sleep Diagnostics portfolio.
• Ensure the regulatory, commercial, and technical viability of products through Gate 7–10 evaluations.
• Perform product portfolio planning and rationalization.
• Identify and prioritize product requirements based on market insights.
• Lead products from their inception all the way through end-of-life activities.
• Oversee the New Product Introduction process from Gate 1 to Gate 6.
• Manage marketing design inputs for New Product Introductions and ongoing activities.
• Develop business cases that align with strategic goals and global markets.
• Create and maintain the User Requirements Document.
• Convert market needs into product launches by utilizing product specifications, clinical data, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
• Collect global Voice of Customer feedback through customer visits and communications.
• Conduct market research and keep track of competitors, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Formulate Global Market Plans for product launches.
• Work collaboratively with key markets, including North America, Europe, and APAC.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, clinical, engineering, operations, finance, quality, regulatory, and service functions.
• Balance market demands, customer expectations, technical limitations, regulatory obligations, and commercial prospects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
• RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) Certification.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or marketing within the healthcare/medical device sector.
• Proven track record of success in product launches and commercialization.
• Demonstrated experience in product management within the medical device field.
• Established history in product development and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the healthcare/medical device industry.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and diverse teams within a multinational, dynamic organization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in gathering and interpreting Voice of Customer insights.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive progress towards common product objectives.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize based on market demands and technical constraints.
• In-depth understanding of product development, commercialization, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management in the medical device industry.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% both domestically and internationally.
