📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategic marketing plan for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.

• Establish Medtronic as a frontrunner in the electrophysiology sector through vision, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation.

• Serve as a strategic liaison among global, regional, and local stakeholders.

• Align marketing, sales, Training & Education, clinical, and operational teams.

• Convert customer insights and market trends into effective segmentation, product positioning, and messaging strategies.

• Develop and lead key opinion leader engagement initiatives and cultivate a clinical community.

• Generate market enthusiasm for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.

• Act as the product champion and the primary authority on technology, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with field teams to create campaigns and sales enablement resources.

• Work together with Training & Education to ensure field readiness and implementation through both digital and in-person formats.

• Exhibit organizational leadership by eliminating obstacles, providing clarity, and creating scalable solutions.

• Guide and mentor others, lead projects, and exemplify Medtronic’s culture of innovation, inclusivity, and execution.

• Willingness to travel 30-50% of working time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related business field is essential.

• At least 5 years of pertinent marketing experience is required.

• Prior marketing experience in the medical device industry, preferably within cardiac rhythm management and/or Electrophysiology (EP).

• Proven track record of successful project execution.

• Capability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team environment and thrive under pressure.

• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate marketing strategies and tactical plans.

• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

• Skill in prioritizing high-impact activities and keeping complex projects on track.

• Proficiency in quickly establishing relationships and rapport with individuals at all levels and from diverse cultures.

• Experience in data analytics to derive meaningful insights from raw data.

• Quick understanding of clinical and technical aspects related to the role.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Willingness to travel 30-50% of working time.
