This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Spearhead product discovery by engaging with customers and stakeholders through interviews, user testing, market research, competitive analysis, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Take ownership of Emma product initiatives from the discovery phase all the way through to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Manage the backlog and advise on priorities based on customer value, business impact, product strategy, feasibility, and evidence.
• Convert opportunities into problem statements, requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and measurable success outcomes.
• Decompose complex tasks into appropriately sized releases that balance speed, quality, feasibility, and customer value.
• Collaborate with engineering on planning and delivery, scope decisions, progress tracking, risk management, testing, and ensuring release readiness.
• Work alongside product marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams for positioning, launch strategies, demonstrations, enablement, and adoption.
• Evaluate post-launch product performance through analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and business results.
• Prioritize enhancements and issues, communicate decisions and outcomes, and leverage AI tools to expedite research, analysis, documentation, and execution.
• Around 3–5 years of experience in managing software products, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Proven experience overseeing product initiatives from customer discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and post-launch assessment.
• Experience in conducting customer interviews, user research, or usability testing.
• Strong skills in product execution, including writing requirements, managing backlogs, setting acceptance criteria, making scope decisions, and collaborating directly with engineering teams.
• An analytical mindset combined with technical proficiency.
• Familiarity with product analytics, customer behavior data, experimentation, and performance metrics.
• Ability to grasp integrations, APIs, platform architecture, and data flows at a high level.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed environment.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Responsible use of modern AI tools to enhance product management workflows.
• Must be eligible to work in one of the following U.S. states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
• Nice to have: experience with email marketing, marketing automation, martech, or distributed marketing platforms.
• Nice to have: familiarity with integrations and organizations that have multiple brands, business units, locations, or account hierarchies.
• Nice to have: proficiency in Amplitude, Appcues, or similar product analytics platforms, or experience contributing to AI-powered product features.
