This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, customer adoption, and product usage as a product champion.

• Assess opportunities and develop business cases to identify what should be developed and launched into the market.

• Gain an understanding of customer and user pain points, limitations, and business workflows.

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, design teams, and engineering to establish product roadmaps.

• Prioritize features, releases, and overall roadmaps.

• Create and prioritize requirements, use cases, and user stories.

• Collaborate with engineering teams during execution sprints to ensure the product is developed as planned.

• Work alongside UX designers to define user interaction experiences.

• Provide education and training to internal stakeholders regarding the product.

• Communicate roadmap and trade-off modifications to internal stakeholders and customers.

• Work with outbound marketing to convey product modifications and create market positioning and sales enablement materials.

• Establish KPI metrics for assessing product value.

• Play a vital role in ManageAmerica’s growth as a key leader within the company.

• Travel occasionally, up to 25% outside the local area.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of Product Management experience, preferably within enterprise B2B platform technologies.

• A BA/BS degree is required.

• Experience with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions is essential.

• Familiarity with software that supports business operations, process automation, third-party integrations, and KPI analytics.

• Ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders, exhibiting confidence in sales-related discussions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership presence, and the ability to clarify complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong interest in emerging technologies and willingness to take risks.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity.

• Highly self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to grasp complex solutions, technologies, and business principles.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a UX design process.

• Proficiency in evaluating, prioritizing, and articulating requirements and feature roadmaps.

• Understanding of product lifecycle management, comprehensive product strategies, and go-to-market approaches.

• Strong project management skills and self-discipline for leading teams to execute high-quality outcomes.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Familiarity with remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms, project management tools, and remote collaboration software.

• Must have authorization to work legally in the United States of America.

• Occasional travel, up to 25% outside the local area.
