Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product development process from the MVP stage to its subsequent iterations.

• Direct and support the internal team (Squad).

• Spot opportunities and prioritize effective solutions.

• Ensure that products align with customer requirements.

• Partner with key stakeholders to establish the product vision and roadmap.

• Manage customer expectations and synchronize deliverables with business objectives.

• Lead Product Discovery through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

• Collaborate with UX/UI, development, marketing, and sales teams.

• Evaluate key metrics to assess product performance and drive ongoing enhancements.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage numerous projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
