Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the triage of product issues by evaluating severity, conducting root-cause analysis, and coordinating with engineering and data science teams to ensure prompt resolution.

• Oversee and prioritize new product concepts by assessing their business impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with the overall product strategy.

• Define the scope of product enhancements and articulate clear requirements for new features and improvements.

• Maintain product roadmaps that include timelines, dependencies, and important milestones.

• Aggregate customer feedback and usage insights to guide product decisions and champion user needs.

• Aid in go-to-market strategies by providing context, messaging, and launch materials.

• Work collaboratively with data science, engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver measurable value to clients and facilitate customer adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required.

• A strong background or familiarity with the automotive industry is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in SaaS product management or product ownership is essential.

• Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and collaborating with technical teams.

• Familiarity with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, BI tools, and/or SQL is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to structure ambiguous challenges.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.

• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively across engineering, data science, customer success, and commercial teams.

• Salary range of $90,000–$115,000 CAD or $100,000–$125,000 USD per year.
