Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives across various functions through effective influence and structured planning.

• Propel product line growth and profitability throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Oversee product line performance, focusing on revenue and profit margins.

• Utilize 8020 principles to enhance product offerings and manage complexities in the lifecycle.

• Formulate, implement, and sustain product line strategies, product plans, and roadmaps driven by market insights.

• Define, launch, and monitor all new product offerings.

• Develop and execute marketing plans for the product line.

• Supervise and guide the product development process.

• Engage in the establishment of the overall strategic direction for the business.

• Contribute to the execution of the overarching business strategy.

• Carry out any other assigned duties.

• Strong business acumen with a focus on results.

• Proven capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.

• Experience in utilizing strategic marketing tools and frameworks.

• Demonstrated expertise in product management.

• Successful history of implementing large-scale projects or process enhancements.

• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting practices.

• Over twelve years in product management, with a preference for candidates from the fire industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to sit and stand frequently.

• Capacity to climb or balance occasionally, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, or more than 20 pounds with assistance.

• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus as needed.

• Proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
