Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team in a discovery-to-delivery framework.

• Conduct product discovery and identify customer opportunities.

• Determine if initiatives are validation tests or committed builds.

• Prepare initiative briefs, outcome hypotheses, problem statements, assumption maps, and validation thresholds.

• Create user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate ongoing preparation and build cycles while overseeing milestone reviews.

• Prioritize the backlog using scoring models and types of bets.

• Collaborate with embedded design and engineering teams to evaluate feasibility.

• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership utilizing a decision framework.

• Manage the team's OKRs and take responsibility for cycle verdicts and long-term product outcomes.

• Enhance product expertise in conjunction with Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to apply them for improved outcomes.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with formal product management methodologies.

• At least 3 years of related work experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.

• Understanding of structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles.

• Preferred: Experience in building or contributing to AI-driven product experiences.

• Preferred: PMP certification, equivalent certification, or progress towards certification.
