Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap from inception to delivery, addressing complex problems and assessing business impact.

• Interact directly with customers to gain insights into their domains and identify significant growth opportunities.

• Serve as a reliable product consultant for customers.

• Monitor and prioritize customer requests across various accounts and subjects.

• Clearly outline trade-offs and maintain a dependable roadmap throughout the organization.

• Establish success metrics for completed work and link product results to customer KPIs and company OKRs.

• Collaborate with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to define projects and deliver swiftly.

• Develop prototypes when beneficial.

• Travel frequently to engage directly with customers throughout LATAM, especially during onboarding, implementation, and key deployment phases.

• Work alongside Hilbert teams located in the US and Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a product manager.

• Proven track record of taking at least one product from concept to launch.

• Engineers or data scientists transitioning to product management are particularly encouraged to apply.

• Capability to work independently, navigate uncertainties, and make informed decisions without complete information.

• Strong technical background.

• Proficient in SQL, data pipelines, and data warehouse technologies like Snowflake and BigQuery.

• Ability to engage in architecture and modeling discussions with engineering teams.

• Good judgment regarding AI products, including assessments, handling non-determinism, and deciding when a model is ready for launch.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills across engineering, go-to-market, and customer stakeholders.

• Empathy for customers combined with a strong commercial sense.

• Comfortable collaborating across different time zones.

• Adaptability concerning the eventual location of the LATAM hub.
