This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of each product's value proposition, strategic positioning, and business case.
• Oversee products from the design and launch phases through to operation, maintenance, enhancement, and decommissioning as needed.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, the operating environment, and client requirements.
• Differentiate between requested features and the underlying business challenges.
• Maintain a proactive product roadmap.
• Prioritize modifications based on strategic value, client impact, feasibility, risk, and effort required.
• Translate business objectives into product requirements while ensuring alignment throughout the delivery process.
• Confirm that completed solutions effectively meet the intended needs.
• Initiate and support projects that impact products by defining goals, scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and expected results.
• Act as the product owner and primary decision-maker.
• Propel projects forward by collaborating with team resources without directly managing them.
• Strategically communicate with senior leadership and provide detailed guidance to product, project, technology, and operational teams.
• Work collaboratively with and potentially mentor a junior colleague, coordinating responsibilities and managing the product lifecycle.
• Establish metrics for product adoption, client value, operational performance, and business impact.
• Remain accountable for results post-implementation.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, compliance, legal-tech, or a similar technology sector.
• Proven experience in owning products throughout their strategy, development, launch, ongoing enhancement, and lifecycle management.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience in contract administration and vendor coordination.
• Solid project ownership skills, including defining objectives, scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions with senior leadership, technology, product, project, and operational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both at a strategic and detailed level.
• Highly organized and proactive; comfortable driving initiatives without directly managing execution teams.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Background in compliance, legal technology, immigration, HR technology, or another highly regulated field.
• Familiarity with distributed or cross-time-zone teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding a junior product colleague.
• Understanding of complex workflows, documentation, or regulatory requirements.
• Required English proficiency level of at least one listed level (A1–C1) on the application form.
• Significant ownership of products from strategy and roadmap to implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
