Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Perform market analysis to uncover opportunities and identify competitive challenges.

• Oversee product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Work in collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing teams to successfully launch products.

• Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance product offerings continuously.

• Effectively communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within the iGaming sector.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.

• Capability to handle 3 to 5 projects concurrently on a single platform.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for converting data into actionable insights and product decisions.

• Experience in launching projects utilizing white-label or turnkey solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Asana project management software.

• Understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for addressing user challenges.

• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing product features based on user insights.

• Background in working with Tier 1 markets.

• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics platforms.

• Educational background in data science or statistics.

• Experience in stakeholder management and leading product demonstrations.
