Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a strategic product area while leading a team of 3–4 engineers.

• Define product priorities and the short-term roadmap for the designated area.

• Assess product data and customer feedback to generate hypotheses.

• Identify challenges, develop prototypes, and prioritize actions for immediate, future, or indefinite execution.

• Maintain team organization and motivation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Manage product launches and provide Sales, Success, and Marketing teams with launch details.

• Track outcomes and determine whether to invest further, iterate, or discontinue efforts.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, product design, and engineering teams.

• Remain engaged with customers and incorporate their insights into product decisions.

• Take full ownership of the product area from inception to completion, focusing on customer impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager in the B2B software sector.

• Proficient in product analytics, database queries, and engaging in customer calls.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule without compromising quality.

• Regular utilization of AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Experience in launching AI features, including MCP servers and agentic workflows, that have successfully operated in production.

• Experience making customer-facing product decisions.

• Bonus: Familiarity with B2B workflow products, particularly those with intricate multi-step processes.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with agent runtimes or assessing AI output quality.
