Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of treasury product execution for the HCM platform throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Lead the discovery process, conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and develop roadmaps for treasury, funds flow, banking partnerships, payment rails, funding models, and foreign exchange.

• Manage the product experience for billing, invoicing, credit memos, and payment applications.

• Transform strategy into actionable engineering requirements and user stories.

• Keep product documentation up-to-date, including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and anticipated ROI, with a focus on compliance and risk management.

• Align product releases with customer needs, company objectives, and financial controls.

• Translate stakeholder and customer feedback into prioritization decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, compliance, finance, treasury operations, go-to-market teams, and banking partners.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

• Establish testing strategies with QA to ensure the quality of releases related to fund movement and reconciliation.

• Keep abreast of trends in treasury, banking, payments, regulations, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

• Maintain project plans, timelines, requirements, and status documentation.

• Regularly communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.

• Create external-facing content for customers regarding treasury features and functionalities.

• Report directly to the Head of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role within a technology or SaaS organization.

• Proven history of owning the product lifecycle and delivering significant B2B solutions, preferably in areas related to payments, treasury, or money movement.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, finance, and compliance teams.

• Ability to distill complex business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Practical experience in Agile environments, including active participation in sprint planning and backlog grooming.

• Customer-centric mindset that balances strategic thought with tactical execution.

• Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Experience in treasury, payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure is highly preferred; experience with HCM or enterprise software is an advantage.

• Understanding of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and pricing models, particularly tiered pricing, within a B2B context.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with ERPNext is a plus.
