This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Transform customer research, market insights, and business context into a comprehensive Events & Commerce product thesis and structured roadmap.
• Select a targeted audience segment and event scenario.
• Determine which capabilities should be included in the shared In-Person Giving foundation versus those specific to Events.
• Assess what to develop, integrate, partner on, or exclude from the project.
• Keep transparent assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions visible.
• Collaborate with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance teams, volunteers, attendees, donors, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Outline event workflows before, during, and after events, encompassing purchase, donation, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Validate choices through interviews, workflow observations, prototypes, and real product usage.
• Take ownership of the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iterations.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners.
• Design for staff and volunteer operators, self-service flows, mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume moments, and operational recovery.
• Leverage existing payments, campaign, donor, reporting, CRM, and identity infrastructure.
• Launch through EAPs with defined entry criteria, target workflows, success measures, readiness requirements, and areas deemed out-of-scope.
• Measure configuration, workflow execution, attendee purchases, check-ins, donations, confirmations, and receipts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations on positioning, commitments, enablement, and launch readiness.
• Connect product evidence to activation, adoption, event completion, GPV, expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational costs.
• Convert evidence into actionable recommendations to iterate, expand, change direction, partner, or discontinue efforts.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• Create testable artifacts rapidly without outsourcing product judgment.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area alongside Engineering and Design.
• Strong ability to distill a broad problem space into a focused release while clearly articulating trade-offs.
• Experience in translating customer evidence and product data into informed decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision documentation.
• Capability to work with transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, states, financial transactions, and data relationships.
• High degree of ownership and independence.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Russian and English (C1+).
• Experience with ticketing, event technology, commerce, POS, payments, marketplaces, registration, auctions, or other transaction-heavy products is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile applications, contactless payments, physical devices, or hardware-enabled workflows is a strong plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fundraising, nonprofits, or operationally complex customer environments is a strong plus.
• Experience in launching a new product area through beta or EAP is a valuable asset.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL is a strong advantage.
• Practical application of AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations is a strong plus.
